No. The $2200.00 per family starts over at the beginning of the year.
Can I get at my retirement money before I retire?
No. It is there for retirement, just like social security.
What is the deductible for the employee benefit fund?
$250.00 per member and $500.00 per family.
What is the contribution eligibility period and the benefit period?
After initial eligibility has been established, coverage will continue in three (3) month benefit periods, as long as the participant has been credited with 350 hours of covered employment in a preceding three (3) month period as reflected in the yearly sequence as follows: The 350 hours per quarter requirement will be projected over a prior year’s timeline, or 1400 hours in the preceding twelve (12) months will be sufficient for continuing benefit coverage for the succeeding three (3) months time period.

Employees not actively at work, due to disability, on the date on which their insurance becomes effective will be ineligible for weekly sickness and accident benefits until their return to active employment. All other coverage and the coverage of their dependents will become effective on their normal effective date.
What is the definition of reinstatement of eligibility? If an employee’s insurance is terminated because of his failure to perform the necessary minimum hours of work on which contributions are received, he (a participant) may be reinstated to eligibility on the first day of the first calendar month following the accumulation of 400 hours worked in 6 consecutive months. The 400 hours will begin with hours incurred after the date of termination.
