PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Sheet Metal Workers Local 219 follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. We use the Order Information that we collect to fulfill any dues payments placed through the Site (including processing your payment information and providing you with invoices and/or confirmations).

The Order Information and Personal Information you provide through the Site are always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information point-to-point, including credit card number, name, and address (anything collected along with your Order Information) so that it cannot be read over the internet. Additionally the server that our website is hosted by is compliant with the highest grade security technologies, is SSAE-16 & HIPAA Compliant, and Safe Harbor Certified.
Refunds on dues payments are not accepted.

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
When our members process their dues payments through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Please note that this information is also collected and stored in person for internal use as part of your membership with us.
